About Nancy Abrolat
Nancy Abrolat is an employment law attorney based in Los Angeles, California. As the founder and president of Abrolat Law, she specializes in plaintiff-side representation and advocates strongly for employee rights. Nancy began her higher education by earning a Bachelor’s in English from the University of the Pacific, where she graduated with honors. After her bachelor’s, she pursued her law degree at the University of California’s Hastings College of Law. Nancy graduated from Hastings magna cum laude in 1990, a distinction that shows her strong academic achievements.
After law school, Nancy began her career in employment law as an associate attorney at Paul Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, a Los Angeles law firm. During her four years there, she worked with large corporations, including many Fortune 500 companies. Her role involved representing these corporations in various employment-related cases. Nancy was responsible for guiding clients through civil litigation, advising them on human resource matters, and crafting complex legal documents.
